Published information

Identify what the reader is looking at

Resource directories organise links to identifiable external sources. Institutional pages describe the Society and its website. Original clinical articles and formal recommendations require a different level of review and must not be confused with a reading directory.

Sources and evidence

Website references and links use International Peelings Society, chemicalpeeling.com, aestheticmedicine.com, aesthetic.events, aestheticmedicine.directory and styling-cosmetics.com. Board contributions may be presented with verified authorship, title, publication type and date. A curated list is not labelled a systematic review unless its method supports that description.

Authorship and clinical review

A named clinician must not be attributed as author or reviewer without their actual participation. New clinical recommendations, procedural protocols and case interpretations must identify their responsible author and reviewer before being labelled medically reviewed.

The resource pages introduced on 11 October 2026 were prepared with AI assistance. They provide educational navigation to sources and do not claim named medical review. Existing legacy articles may not yet meet these standards; a new directory does not certify those articles.

Use of AI

AI assistance should be disclosed when it materially contributes to preparation. Generated citations, credentials, results and review claims must not be accepted as evidence without verification. No patient information is needed to browse the public reading library.

Commercial interests

Related-platform links should be identified. Authors of future clinical contributions should declare interests relevant to the subject. The absence of a declaration must not be interpreted as proof that no interest exists.

Corrections

Send the page URL, the statement in question and a supporting source to the Society contact route. A substantial correction should record what changed and when. Routine editorial preparation dates are distinct from clinical review dates.
